OUR PROCESSICE Logo OptionsThe company store is built to accommodate two variations of the ICE logo: ICE and ICE of Carolinas. When purchasing an apparel piece, you must choose a logo to be decorated on the garment. At this time, the ICE of Carolinas logo is only approved for use by employees in North Carolina. Ordering MerchandiseThe company store is built on an eCommerce platform hosted by a third-party that allows buyers to select a range of branded retail merchandise in a variety of sizes and colors. Over time, the store will include other items for purchase based on user feedback. Preferred Credit CardsThe company store accepts the following major credit cards for purchase: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards are also accepted. Purchasing MerchandiseEmployees who order from the company store must pay for items using their personal credit cards. Credit card information is encrypted through PCI protocols and credit card data is not retained by the third-party vendor. ShippingAll orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $8.00 on orders totaling up to $100. Once an order totals $100 or more, the shipping charge will be 8% of the order total. FAQWhat is the return policy?You may return your purchase in new condition with the original packaging for a refund or exchange of the same item. Can I use my company credit card for my purchase?At this time, only personal credit cards are accepted for merchandise purchases. When will my order ship?All items are decorated with the chosen logo as they are ordered through the site. Once the order is received by the third-party vendor, the order will ship within 5 business days. In the event that there is a delay in fulfilling your order, you will be contacted. Why is the 25% discount not showing on the items in my cart?In order to apply the discount, you must enter the promo code ICEEMP25 at checkout. If the promo code is not entered, the discount will not be applied.
